Dr. Beth-Sarah Wright

Grateful!

Grateful to learn that my book has been nominated for the Georgia Author of the Year Award in the Inspirational-Religious category.

Grateful for the opportunity to tell my story.

Grateful for the opportunity to encourage others to tell their stories.

Mostly grateful for Jesus’ story of hope and healing as we become who we are.

I recently learned of a young person whose life was taken by suicide. My heart breaks for that soul and the family.  Jesus’ story reminds me that hope remains. That we are not defined by our worst days.  That we are enough.  No matter what. And though it may not seem like it in our darkest days, a resurrection is possible.  Light will always make a way.

We must continue to tell this story.  Depression is an illness.  It is not our fault.  We do not bring this on ourselves.  It is not a sign of weakness.

Help, Healing and Hope is available… Always!

Beth you are a unwavering child of God who had the courage and was given the grace of God to tell
Your story. Beth your behavior models for all of us women, young and old how we can tell our story with God at our side. I know that telling our story is a very freeing and carthegenic process for the
person telling the story and for those that hear or read it. Beth congratulations and don’t stop sharing. You are my shero!
