Dr. Beth-Sarah Wright

Take the mercy, Accept the help!

This morning I read this:

“We don’t have a priest who is out of touch with our reality.  He’s been through weakness and testing, experienced it all- all but the sin. So let’s walk right up to him and get what  he is so ready to give.  Take the mercy, accept the help.” (Hebrews 4)

So awesome!  That is the prayer in my writing.  That we can put our stories in God’s hands and allow God’s into ours.  I can follow a God who is in touch with my frailties, my weakness…and that gives me hope and power, healing and JOY!

“Tell me your story. I tell you my story.

New stories. Renew stories. I knew my story. My new story.

I have your story. Become your story. Be your story.

Stories, restore. Restore my story. Story restored.

Repeat.”
